Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of subscriptions or services by providing written notice as per the agreed contract or billing cycle.

2. Subscription-Based Services

For monthly or annual subscriptions, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to services will remain active until that period ends.

3. One-Time & Custom Services

Custom development, integrations, or marketing campaigns once initiated cannot be canceled mid-project unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

4. Data Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, access to the admin panel and dashboards will be disabled. Clients are responsible for exporting their data prior to termination.

We are not responsible for data loss after account closure.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of the platform.
